My Band, recently worked with a UK based company called Band Hub.
We got 38,000 views in our first week of being on youtube.
I was skeptical but I would highly advise working with them if you can.
I contacted them through their website.

definately using youtube and facebook, but along with twitter too now i suppose...

as you will see in my signature, i do run my own site, and i find a forum with incentives to post works too. also making your video relevant to your viewer...

i suggested to someone else earlier, along a similar subject matter, that on youtube, you could even do a weekly or monthly bio telling your viewers what you have been up to as an artist, aswell as what to expect in the coming weeks or so...
